Welcome to our new shopping cart	As with all things new, we are always striving to make it better. Feel free to offer your feedback, good or bad. The shopping cart offers a more streamlined way of shopping for your croquet, bocce and horseshoe needs. Below, you will see the images that go along with the cart along with a description of what to expect when you click on them. How to place your order	Once you have decided on a product on the product page, click on the button. This will take you to the "Add Item" page where you can customize the product. Here you can enter the number of items you want and choose from the various options available for that particular item. As you select your options, the unit price will automatically update. After filling in the quantity and options, click on one of 3 buttons at the bottom of the screen; 1) "Add this to my cart" to include it in your shopping basket, 2) "Continue Shopping" to return to the "Products at a Glance" page and browse for additional items or, 3) "Secure Checkout" to begin the final purchasing process to have your order shipped to you. At any time, you may modify or remove any items in your shopping cart. You are not obligated to purchase any item you select until you have clicked on the "Submit my Order" button on the payment screen. This is the equivalent of paying the cashier at the checkout counter of the store. Once you click on the "Secure Checkout" button, you will be prompted for for your name, contact information, billing address, as well as method of shipping and shipping address. The last screen to complete will provide you with shipping costs (if you select UPS Ground shipping) and prompt you for your payment details. Once this screen is complete and you click the "Submit my Order" button, the order is complete. A verification of your order will be shown and a confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address.
Credit Card concerns?	The entire shopping experience offers the most secure, fully encrypted security system to protect your personal and payment details. If however, you have the slightest hesitation about submitting any details through our website, you may place your order by phone. Our order desk phone number is at the top and bottom of each checkout page. If you would like us to call you, please provide your name and phone number along with a time that is convenient for you to be called. This information may be put into the "Comments" box of the "Contact Details" page. This is the first page of the "Checkout" process.
What if I leave my cart?	If you have anything in your cart and have to leave it before completing the checkout process, it will still be there when you return to shop. Items will not be deleted from your cart until they have been there "unattended" for 4 weeks or longer. This allows you to start your shopping and return later to complete it at your convenience.
Customizing your mallet?	Laser engraving is an option that can be selected when deciding on your mallet purchase. The details for the engraving are entered into the "Comments" box at the bottom of the first page of the checkout process. This is the "Contact Details" page. Mallets heights are stocked in even inch heights (32", 34", 36", 38" & 40"). If you would like a different height, you can include that detail as well, in the same comments box on the "Contact Details" page during the checkout process.
Security Alert (Dialogue box)	The shopping cart web pages all reside on our secure server. However, in order to make the rest of the product pages load faster, we have placed them on our regular server. This means that when you "Continue Shopping", you are redirected from the shopping cart (secure) web page to the product listing (non-secure) web page. There is no loss in security when you move to the non-secure web pages.

	Brings you to this help page. It can be found at the top of every product page.
	Clicking this button will bring you to a window that will allow you to order the product related to that button. Here, you will specify quantity, sizes, options, and colors. It will also provide an immediate updated unit price as each option is selected. Clicking this does not lock you into a purchase. At any time, you may empty your shopping cart of any items selected as well as changing the quantity ordered.
	This button will show you the entire contents of your shopping cart. Here you may alter any of your purchases or complete your purchase through the secure order form.
	Click here to view a price list in Canadian $. At present, the shopping cart can only show US$ currency. For customers in Canada, your products are priced in Canadian dollars and the appropriate taxes are applied to your purchase. The price you see during the checkout is NOT the price you will be paying. Your total will be e-mailed to you as soon as we process your order. Your patience is appreciated while we install the Canadian currency shopping cart.
